Krav Maga - the official self defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces. Krav Maga is widely taught to civilian, police and military units in the US, Europe and Israel, it is a no-nonsense self defense system that teaches a student how to recognize danger, eliminate it and withdraw quickly. Beginner classes (Level 1) and Advanced classes available.
Muay Thai - if you are ready to get in the ring, or just want a great work-out, Muay Thai is what you want.
Ground Survival - this class will teach you how to use your otherwise undersirable position, on the ground, to your tactical advantage. You will learn to you use your immediate environment to your advantage and how to get back on your feet.
Karbo - MMA conditioning. Cardio workout using bags for striking and kicking. Also includes stretching and ab work.
Children's "Little Dragon" classes - Your children will have fun, get some much needed exercise and learn what it takes to be a winner in life! We emphasize goal setting and realistic self defense.
